  • SPECIFIC
    The goal should be very clear and specific. For e.g.: the goal can be to achieve a weight of 80 kgs from an existing weight of 90 kgs.
  • MEASURABLE
    The goal to be achieved should be measurable. For e.g.: the weight loss from 90 to 80 kgs can be measured using a weighing scale.
  • ATTAINABLE
    The goal should be one that you can really achieve. For e.g.: For a particular person currently weighing 90 kgs, a goal of 80 kgs can be achieved in 5 months. However, a goal of 70 kgs may not be achieved in that time period.
  • RELEVANT
    The goal should be relevant to you. For e.g.: For a particular person currently weighing 90 kgs, losing weight to 80 kgs may be relevant.
  • TIME BOUND
    The goal should have time frame. For e.g.: For a particular person currently weighing 90 kgs, to achieve 80 kgs in 5 months time.
